Boxing is a combat sport where you will learn how to use both defensive and offensive striking techniques to effectively stand your ground. You will learn to dictate where the fight takes place, use your speed, rhythm and timing to control the fight.

In our kickboxing classes, you will not only learn the art of using your fists for defensive and offensive fighting, but you will learn to use knee and kicking techniques to effectively take down an opponent.
