Although some Arizona Wellness Centers offer what they call “targeted” treatments of cryotherapy, we believe that you benefit more from a full body session. I mean.. why not give your entire body and almost EVERY muscle the same treatment for all of the same benefits you would instead be giving to only one or a few?
Like most therapies, even one treatment can be extremely beneficial. Some people do it twice a day while some find great benefits by starting with a daily treatment for at least a week and then continuing anywhere from 1 to 10 times per month!
